classic?
This is a list of all the sets that I consider 'classic' Legoland: starting with the late 1950's buildings
that fit with the classic Lego cars (the service stations and garages, with the elegantly curved roofs) and the mid-1960's
'gift sets' (house, windmill), then the actual Legoland sets with the introduction of 'mini wheels'. My main criterium for buildings is
the 2 x 3 door, for cars it's mini wheels with smooth tyres.
This era ended with the introduction of the stiff minifigs and 'door 3 x 4'
(too bad the 'Tea Garden Cafe'
has this style door, otherwise it's a very nice set).

* Sets with old style minifigs I still consider 'classic' if the figure is just an add-on that cannot enter the building or 'drive' the vehicle.
